Realisation

I have realised that the reason I always put a lot in my outcomes was because I am very task orientated thus I was not complying to the reality of education being slow and unfolding knowledge that learners already have. It works fine when learners take on a task and then I introduce knew knowledge and tehn they apply it etc. I will elaborate more on this.

I also realised that I love stimulative teaching environments. Listen, it is fine to teach in a normal class but now and then when you introduce a new concept you need to take them out of the class and use the art class or the natural science class or the sports field and let them be hands on with a task you give and then you can think of introducing the new knowledge and then you can start doing real teaching which contains of a lot of learner participation and less teacher talk.
